DAY 1 :DAY 1: FLY TO JOHANNESBURG

DAY 2 : : REACH JOHANNESBURG 

Reach Johannesburg OR Tambo International airport . Check in to your hotel.Dinner. Overnight in Johannesburg.

DAY 3 :TRANSFER TO KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

 After breakfast, travel in an air-conditioned vehicle from Johannesburg to the Kruger NP Lodge, a 5-6hr drive with refreshment stops. Settle, refresh and prepare for afternoon sunset safari. Return to camp around late evening for Boma Fire dinner. Overnight at Kruger Park. 
Departure times will be communicated the night before. Return to camp & enjoy starlit dinner around the fire.  

DAY 4 : ADVENTURE BEGINS AT THE KRUGER 

Take a hearty breakfast or enjoy a bush breakfast at the Kruger National Park as you rise and shine early for your Kruger experience. Check out and enjoy at Kruger National park. On your way back have lunch . Dinner and overnight at Kruger National Park

DAY 5 :TRANSFER TO JOHANNESBURG

After breakfast, depart for Johannesburg, arriving at hotel between 18:00-19:00.

DAY 6 :SUNCITY AND PILANESBURG NATIONAL PARK 

After breakfast depart for the exquisite Suncity. After lunch, head for Pilanesburg National Park. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Johannesberg.

DAY 7 :  GET READY FOR AN ULTIMATE JOHANNESBURG EXPERIENCE  & FLIGHT TO CAPE TOWN 

After breakfast check out from hotel and depart for Johannesburg city tour. After lunch transfer to airport for your flight to Cape Town.
Dinner and overnight at Cape Town 
 

DAY-8:  CAPE PENINSULA TOUR 

After breakfast depart for your Cape Peninsula tour and enjoy a day with seals and penguins. 
Dinner and overnight at Cape Town.

DAY 9 :  ROBBEN ISLAND AND TABLE MOUNTAIN

 After breakfast visit the Robben Island. After lunch explore the Table Mountain and enjoy sunset. Dinner & Overnight Cape Town

DAY 10 : : DEPART FOR ZIMBABWE 

After breakfast take your flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.Reach Victorial falls and have lunch. Enjoy an sumptous dinner and cruise at the Zambezi river

DAY-11: VICTORIA FALLS EXPERIENCE

After a hearty breakfast you will enthralled with a guided Victoria Rainforest with Victoria Falls experience.Lunch at a brfeathtaking café. 

Dinner and overnight at hotel. .  

 DAY 12:FLIGHT BACK TO INDIA

Reach Kolkata with a bag full of souvenirs and heart full of memories.

EXCLUSIONS

  2. Meals are pre - set and a choice of menu is not available.

  4. Any transfers other than the ones mentioned in the itinerary/inclusions column 
  5. Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
  6. Cost of extension of the validity of the tour or deviation from the route of the tour 
  7. Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified),telephone charges, shopping. 
  8. All items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
  9. Any up-gradation in the room category or airline class or special seats. 
  10. Anything not specifically mentioned in Your Inclusion Column.(E.g. Wheelchair Charges,extra baggage, seat charges etc.)

 Notes:

• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.

• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.

• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations

•All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach

• It is suggested to carry One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach

• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour may operate in a reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary.

• No refunds for unutilized services • BVTC reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.

• BVTC reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of BVTC due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, pandemic etc.

• BVTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages,theft, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
