Our experienced and pleasant Tour-Director, who will be with you throughout, will meet & greet you at Kolkata International Airport before the journey begins. She / He will assist you with immigration & custom formalities before boarding the flight.

DAY 1 : Reach Johannesburg and enjoy Johannesburg city tour. Check in to your hotel. Overnight in Johannesburg..

DAY 2 : Travel in an air-conditioned vehicle from Johannesburg to the Lodge, a 5-6hr drive with refreshment stops. Settle into your chalet and relax before 3hr sunset game drive in the Blue Canyon Private Reserve. Return to camp around 19:00 for a bon fire dinner.

DAY 3 : Your 7-8 hr safari in Kruger, may proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast, or breakfast at the lodge first with a later departure. 

DAY 4 : Wake up early for a full-day safari in Kruger National Park or a Panorama tour. Departure times will be communicated the night before. Your 7-8hr Kruger safari includes a bush breakfast and an earlier return or later return depending should you have breakfast 1st. 

DAY 5 :After breakfast, depart for Johannesburg, arriving at hotel between 18:00-19:00.

DAY 6 : Wake up early for breakfast and depart for OR Tambo International Airport for a flight to Victoria Falls . Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. In the late afternoon, enjoy a 4-hour sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi River with a 3-course dinner and a complimentary glass of champagne. Return to the lodge around 9 pm.

DAY 7 : Wake up early for breakfast and depart at 8am for a 2hr guided tour of Victoria Falls. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure.  

DAY-8: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge and explore Victoria Falls town including local crafts market for souveneirs. Mid-morning, a shuttle takes you to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight to Cape Town. On arrival, transfer to your Cape Town accommodation. 

DAY 9 : Enjoy an early breakfast before a full-day Cape Peninsula tour.. Visit Simon’s Town, Boulders Beach penguins, and more.  

DAY 10 : After an early breakfast , depart on a half-day Cape Winelands tour. Visit the historic town of Stellenbosch along the famed wine route. Wine tasting at two premier estates, paired with local cheese. 

DAY-11: .Enjoy a hearty breakfast . Upon check out at the hotel, where you can will be transferred to the Cape Town International Airport for taking your flight back to Kolkata.  

 DAY 12:Reach Kolkata with a bag full of souvenirs and heart full of memories.

EXCLUSIONS

1. Any extra meals not included in the itinerary.
2. Meals are pre - set and a choice of menu is not available.

4. Any transfers other than the ones mentioned in the itinerary/inclusions column 
5. Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
6. Cost of extension of the validity of the tour or deviation from the route of the tour 
7. Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified),telephone charges, shopping. 
8. All items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
9. Any up-gradation in the room category or airline class or special seats. 
10. Anything not specifically mentioned in Your Inclusion Column.(E.g. Wheelchair Charges,extra baggage, seat charges etc.)

 Notes:

• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.

• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.

• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations

•All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach

• It is suggested to carry One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach

• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour may operate in a reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary.

• No refunds for unutilized services • BVTC reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.

• BVTC reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of BVTC due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, pandemic etc.

• BVTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages,theft, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.

• Standard check-in is 15.00 hrs. and check-out is at 12.00 hrs.
