Tour Itinerary

Our experienced and pleasant Tour-Director, who will be with you throughout, will meet & greet you at Kolkata International Airport before the journey begins. She/He will assist you with immigration & customs formalities before boarding the flight.

 DAY1:

Take your flight from Kolkata to Reykjavik.

DAY 2:

Reach Reykjavik.

Dinner at Reykjavik,

Overnight stay at Reykjavik.

DAY 3:

After breakfast depart for Golden Circle Route.

Lunch is served at noon.

After dinner reach hotel and overnight at Reykjavik. 

DAY 4:  

After breakfast it’s the day to explore the beaches and nature of the south coast of Iceland.

Lunch on tour itself.

Dinner and overnight stay at Reykjavik.

DAY 5:

After breakfast,the Reykjavik city tour begins with Aurora Centre and lunch.

Dinner and overnight stay at Reykjavik.

DAY 6:

Reach Helsinki.

Orientation tour in Helsinki ‐Kamppi Chapel of Silence, Helsinki Cathedral, Uspenskin Cathedral ﴾Uspenskin Katedraali﴿, Old Market Hall, Ateneum Art Museum, Senate Square and other major attractions. Then proceed to Helsinki station.

Packed dinner delivery at Helsinki train station. Overnight train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi.

DAY 7:

After reaching Rovaniemi, proceed to Ranua. Visit the Ranua Wildlife park. Lunch.

Then move to Rovaniemi, for half day sightseeing in Rovaniemi. Post-dinner check-in at the hotel.

Overnight at Rovaniemi. 

DAY 8:

After breakfast enjoy significant moments in Santa Claus village.

Admission to Santa Claus Village with Arctic Circle certificate in English in Rovaniemi. Enjoy full day at Santa Clause Village.Proceed to Saariselka/Ivalo. Dinner at the hotel.

 DAY 9:

After breakfast proceed to Scandic Alta.

Orientation tour Alta‐view of Northern Lights, Cathedral, Elvebakken Cathedral, Sami Siida and all other major attractions.

Lunch at Scandic Alta.

Evening visit out side to experience Northern Lights ﴾subject to weather condition﴿.

Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 10:

After breakfast depart for Tromso. Lunch at Tromso.

Orientation tour of Tromso‐view of Arctic Cathedral, Tromso Cathedral, Fjellheisen, Polaria and all other major attractions.

Check‐in Hotel

Evening visit outside to experience Northern Lights ﴾subject to weather condition). Dinner at hotel.

Overnight in Tromso

DAY 11: 

Breakfast at the hotel. We enjoy the Polaria Museum in Tromso.

After lunch we proceed to take the ride in Fjellheisen Cable Car in Tromso isanunique experience.

Evening visit outside to experience Northern Lights ﴾subject to weather condition﴿. Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 12:

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Narvik

Arrive at Narvik. Orientation tour in Narvik. Proceed to Abisko Centre Kiruna.

After dinner, check-in to hotel. Overnight at Kiruna.

DAY 13:

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning Check‐out Hotel Scandic Kiruna Proceed to Ice Hotel Jukkasjarvi

Guided tour of Ice Hotel. Lunch

Kiruna Orientation tour Overnight train from KirunatoStockholm Kiruna Train Station.

Overnight on board train from Kiruna to Stockholm

DAY 14:

 

Reach Stockholm

Orientation tour Stockholm‐view of City Hall,Vasa Museum, Royal Palace, Gamla Stan ﴾Old Town﴿ and all other major attractions

After lunch we proceed to visit a dream destination- the Noble Prize Museum. Dinner in Stockholm.

 

Overnight at Stockholm.

Day 15:

After breakfast, depart for airport to catch the back to India.

DAY 16:

Arrive at India. After immigration you say all the good bye and return home with memories and photographs.

Notes:

•  A person below 12years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child

• As a 3rd person in a tripleroom, most hotels use roll away beds and room size may be the same as the double room.

• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations.

• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary)will be done in an air conditioned coach.

• It is suggested to carry One check in  bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach

• BVTC reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of BVTC   due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, pandemic etc.

• BVTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, theft, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
